Because we treat the people who work our shifts the way the good venues we cover treat their own team. Briefed before you travel, told the address and the uniform, paid for the hours you worked, and asked back when you turn up ready.

We are honest about the shifts we cannot fill and the venues we cannot cover. If we do not have work for you this week we will tell you. If we place you somewhere and it goes badly we want to hear it from you first, before the venue rings us.

Pay

What we pay and when

Rates depend on the role and the shift. We publish real rates when we call to offer the shift, not before, because the rate for a Saturday senior waiter is not the rate for a Tuesday breakfast KP. Pay is weekly by BACS, in arrears for the previous week's shifts.
