Our compliance operation covers all aspect of candidate onboarding from uComply Right to Work checks in line with the Home Office guidelines, relevant certified training which is job role specific, ensuring we manage candidate data in line with the GDPR and our in house PAYE payroll is aligned with HMRC.
RIGHT TO WORK
Every single candidate who works with Albion has to demonstrate their Right to Work in the UK by providing an accepted in date original document which is then scanned using our uComply scanning software which is available in all Evolve Office sites. The scanning software can detect fraudulent documents and is used by Evolve to protect both itself and its Clients.
FLOW TRAINING
Our compliance operation covers all aspect of candidate onboarding from Comply Right to Work checks in line with the Home Office guidelines, relevant certified training which is job role specific, ensuring we manage candidate data in line with the GDPR and our in house PAYE payroll is aligned with HMRC.
PAYROLL
All Albion Payroll is managed by a dedicated in-house team and all candidates are paid PAYE in line with HMRC without exception. All candidates who qualify will be auto-enrolled onto the Government Pension scheme. We always pay fairly and above industry average, and in line with the government recommended National Living Wage.
GDPR
We take data privacy and security very seriously. We’ve invested heavily in the way we process and store data, so that all candidate and client data is safe.
